1. have a track record of academic excellence (Dean’s List, Honor Roll, top 5% in class, etc);
2. be able to write in excellent English, and;
3. love doing careful and thorough research

Although we are open to university students at any level, we particularly encourage first- and second-year undergraduate students to apply.
